As a part of the academic project, I designed a large-format print to announce the 2019 Spring Architecture Lecture Series at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC).
After researching the panels’ works, I decided to create the poster as if it was an “architecture.” The hierarchy in the poster resembles the blueprint for elevator placement. I added blue as a focal color to highlight the dates and the positions and extend the concept of blueprint within the color palette.
