“Have A Map?” is a weekly podcast led by the interns to give insight and advices on their professions for teenagers to early 20s.
During the graphic design internship at Dim University, I got an amazing opportunity to be in charge of revamping the brand identity of “Have A Map?” podcast.
By elaborating the idea of guidance into a “treasure map to find the future,” a new concept was successfully presented.
Brainstorming
Since the podcast had a different guest speaker every week, it was crucial to have a flyer template so that the edits can be minimized for weekly updates. It was also crucial to have a solid identity that can be kept without the original creator. (which is me!) Along with the flyer for the podcast, I was requested to have a video clip template to show a snippet of the podcast.

To expand more of the adventure map concept, the color palette was mainly yellow and green to be more
Since the podcast had a different guest speaker every week, it was crucial to have a flyer template so that the edits can be minimized for weekly updates. It was also crucial to have a solid identity that can be kept without the original creator. (which is me!) Along with the flyer for the podcast, I was requested to have a video clip template to show a snippet of the podcast.
While bringing the original feel of collage from the logo, it was also crucial to mingle the concept of the treasure map that I initiated.
To do so, I added illustrative elements that could be indicating the guest speaker’s profession as a hint or a mark where the “treasure” is. I also kept the dotted lines to not only ensure the treasure map concept, but also allow the attention to flow along with the information of the following week’s podcast.
To this day, Dim University continues to carry the brand identity I’ve created.
